And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. Matthew 10:42

Opportunity to Serve God

Will you be a shadow for the Lord?

No, you don’t have to go to Never Never Land, only Guatemala! Our son Zach is repeating Kindergarten this year and due to his learning challenges he needs a “shadow” in order to continue in 1st grade at the missionary kid school. The shadow will be in the classroom with Zach during academic subjects, either working with him as he participates with the rest of the class or pulling him aside to work individually with you. Zach is a loving, obedient boy who wants to please. You would also be working with the other students as an aid. The school offers a Godly environment of teachers and families who are there because they have listened to the voice of God. It’s not a paid position as the teachers are there to serve God by serving the missionary community. We can provide room and board. Spanish isn’t necessary as the school is in English, but as it’s a Spanish speaking country there are lots of opportunities to speak and learn Spanish.

Please pray about this, contact us to learn more, and spread the word to others who may want to serve God in a foreign setting. We have been praying for Zach and God did the first miracle just last week. We had a brother pray for him and within two weeks we saw the results. The school said before that he was not accepted next year because he is failing kindergarten for the second year in a row. Now he improved in five grade categories and the school said he can come back if we find a shadow teacher. Would you be a part in the second miracle?

Take Care & God Bless,
