And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. Matthew 10:42

The pursute of accomplishing God’s will give him glory

Here is our last newsletter  that I just finished doing a trip.

God wants to save the world both physically and spiritually. When we help the widows and orphans that is part of God’s will.  God wants people saved, delivered, and healed. 1 Tim 2:4 says, “who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.” Since God wants it, lets do it.
Rain or shine,  good roads or bad roads, flying fast or overweight no go, working vehicles or broken down vehicles, bus or five busesthat took longer, station wagons or breakdowns, pickup or battery failure, and motor homes or failing transmisisons. We faced numerous challenges on a recent trip; there was too much weight for the airplane so we drove, the motor home broke down on the way so we picked up our pickup at the feeding center which broke down on the way home,  I sent the volunteers ahead with a volunteer driving our station wagon and the alarm activated right before the church service, not allowing the car to run and so they were late to the church service, a volunteer hit a pot hole and broke the suspension, I took a bus (five hours and 5 buses) to the feeding center to pick up the truck and do a double trip to bring the supplies to the feeding center and then off to Mexico to bring food and Bibles.
But the end result was $5,200 dollars of Bibles, Christian books, and toys were delivered,  1,696 meals were delivered, and we were able to minister in 5 churches.  To God be the glory. All just in one weekend.
Tressa and the kids were busy with the end of the school year at the missionary school. Fortunately the classes the kids will be in next year all have teachers, but the school is looking for several full time volunteer teachers for the 2015/16 school year. The positions aren’t paid, but it’s a wonderful opportunity to serve the Lord here in Guatemala.
Life Builders also has opportunities! We are looking for someone to come be a project manager (fix it man that will also do maintenance on the airplane), Feeding center coordinator (someone to live and head-up the feeding program), and a team coordinator ( to help organize our volunteer teams).
Thank you for pray fully considering these opportunities, spreading the word about Life Builders, for your prayers and financial support!

Many say with all these resources how come you do not have money. People donate these resources because they know they will get to where they belong without being sold for our own benefit. Also may times the boxes are not complete and we buy the resources that are missing to make the boxes complete. Which costs us money as well as delivering the resources out to these tiny villages is really hard on vehicles and costly. We have counted the cost and know that it is a great investment in the kingdom.
