Description:

To use your gifts and influence to transform a culture by serving as a feeding center manager. You would have an opportunity to work with and serve the feeding center, the in-coming teams, and Guatemala. You would live on site at a satellite location and become part of our team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your strengths, gifts/talents, and passions in this position in a way that represents Christ
  • Ability to perform basic tasks/errands, up-keep, and maintenance repairs at the feeding center
  • Understanding of basic safety requirements and proper handling of materials/equipment and farm machinery
  • General oversight of and preparations for harvesting trees for firewood, stump removal, planting, and harvesting
  • In charge of two or three others
  • Increase of land farmed as well as planning purchases of land for program development
  • Planning strategy to connect all the lots and expand what we own
